Strength Areas	Growth Areas
Climate Strength: School and community climate are welcoming, positive, safe, and accepting. Start to finish, these are very strong traits at Sargent. Every student we interacted with feels safe at this school. Families also indicated that they feel like the school is a safe place to learn.	Climate Growth: There is a growth opportunity associated with student engagement. The overall climate may benefit from more depth and complexity rather than teacher-centered and task-oriented education. Students may benefit from ownership of their own educational journey.
Disposition Strength: Sargent students appear to be very diligent workers who are on task and resilient and work toward academic achievement (particularly associated with grades). Families are supportive of this.	Disposition Growth: Sargent students (in general) seem to lack the ownership of learning for learning’s sake (owning their own education), though there are promising practices evident in Project Based Learning Project of the Science Fair.
