 It is evident that leadership has developed student growth initiatives (ie. CROPS, Portrait of a graduate, Three Seeds of Instructional Excellence, and an athletic strategic plan.) All of these align with the strategic plan.Creating a vision statement to coincide with the mission statement. 
Families and staff appreciate the presence of the superintendent, his leadership style, and a highlight is the video communication being dispersed from the superintendent on YouTube.Establish and implement board of education member roles, superintendent roles, principal roles, and assistant principal roles. Create and adhere to a reporting structure.
The strategic plan clearly sets implementation dates and assigns responsibility for tasks.Leadership should ensure consistency in evaluations and feedback.
