Evidence of commitment is clear in regards to the development of curriculum horizontally.  There appears to be an opportunity to engage in vertical alignment to address real or perceived learning gaps.
Relationships between students and staff are evident, which makes it more likely that students will exert effort to achieve academically.A key area for growth is implementing success criteria through training and consistent application to increase student ownership of learning.
There are pockets of high student engagement that could be celebrated as models for the district.There appears to be an opportunity to adopt and implement cognitive engagement strategies school or district-wide.
Lesson objectives are evident in most classrooms, demonstrating a strong foundation for instructional clarity.
Students were very compliant and appeared to consistently behave in alignment with expectations.
